It's important to schedule the nightly import task to make sure the data in your environment is updated regularly.  This would normally already have been done upon installation of the application. If not, please do the following to switch on the daily import task:


Under 'Admin', go to 'Database Extract':


Select the time (local server time) that you want the daily (delta-) sync to run and click 'Schedule':



If you want, you can select the checkbox to have the next update act as a full data import, not just the delta sync:
