Below are the steps to fix the issue of empty PDF reports in an on premise install.
These steps must be followed by an admin.
Step 1: Go to Admin;
Step 2: Under Global, click on Global Configuration;
Step 3: At the top of the page, check if the BaseHostName is correct.
- If the BaseHostName is incorrect, please don't change anything and let us know it is incorrect;
- If the BaseHostName is correct, scroll down and hit save.
Step 4: Then please restart the application through IIS Manager.
