When API usage reporting is enabled in the portal, the following data will be sent to Clocktimizer on a weekly basis in order for us to gather information on where Clocktimizer needs to be improved upon:


  • How many Clocktimizer accounts are in use per role
  • Number of emails sent and the success/failure rate of those mails
  • The total number of unique mail recipients that week
  • For each budget in Clocktimizer
    • How many warnings are configured
    • How many recipients are configured to receive warnings
    • What targeting type that budget is using
  • How many drilldown reports exist in Clocktimizer
  • Recurring report data
    • How many recurring reports are active
    • How many are inactive
    • How many reports have been deleted
    • A summary of report counts per report type (e.g. budget, client)
  • Information on how long each Clocktimizer role spends in each section of the application, and how long they spend waiting for the page to load
  • System information    
    • Total memory
    • Total number of:
      • Timecards
      • Matters
      • Matter Histories
      • Employees
      • Employee Histories
      • Unique string values
