If the time keeper levels are missing in certain Clocktimizer features, please have an Admin follow the steps below:


  1. Navigate to "Admin" 
  2. Click "Details" under the Install section


  3. Find "Autodetect metadata" and click on the "Autodetect" button.


  4. Then press "Ok". This might take a while, especially if there is a lot of data.
